Where a customer's filing depends on it, we support change control with prior notification and retained samples going back three years.
A copper salt behaves differently in a product family than it does on a specification sheet. Trace iron, chloride content, particle size and moisture determine whether a phthalocyanine batch reproduces the last one — or drifts a shade and gets rejected at the colour bench.
We supply copper grades specified on those properties, not only on assay, together with the solvents and amines the downstream synthesis needs. Where a customer runs a continuous line, we can adjust particle size and bulk density rather than asking them to reformulate around ours.
